Trust information
The Purcell Bach Trust was set up by the Settlor, Ross Purcell, and includes the Purcell Bach on leasehold land at Clifton Road, Tongaporutu, North Taranaki to hold the land on which Purcell Bach is located in trust for future generations of the family. The commencement date was 3 October 2017 for seventy years (2087)
The Family Members are any parent, child, grandchild of Ross Purcell.
The New Plymouth District Council executed the latest lease on 11 February, 2016 for twenty years (11 February, 2036)

The current Trustees are Greg Purcell and Julie Mulcahy. The Manager is Peter Mulcahy with the support of Guy Purcell.
